Hello guys!

I am installing Corona for my first ride, and I assume it is just "point-and-shoot" installation. And then I go to Render Setup and choose Corona as my render engine, is that so? Because I don't see Corona there.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks
E.

There were no errors during setup?

Tried this?
3ds max > customize > plug-in manager > find Corona plugins and manually enable them

Thanks, Maru, it worked.
It didn't have any warning during installation, only that I don't have specific CPU requirement when it calculated my machine. Don't think it is related tho.

Thanks again.

Efiliana. Corona magic tricks are using newer processor instructions that can be found on CPUs that uses at least SS4 instructions (Correct if i am wrong fellas).
If Corona is not working on your hardware, maybe your CPU is older than that. You have to use the Corona Legacy version to make it work. Is slower, but works.

Hello guys,
I installed Corona and installation goes well with no errors.
But when I want to choose Corona renderer in the render menu it doesn't show.
I checked the installed plugins from the customize menu and it shows two Corona voices but they don't look like render engine to me (see attached image)
Can you please tell me what am I doing wrong?
It'll be very appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Bogdan

You have extremely old version installed. Delete all files with "corona" in them from 3dsmax installation folder and try again running the A5 installer.
