Object  moving to the left made ​​a mesh, and on the right is created from a group of parts. Sometimes the group falls apart. Changing the position of the camera, the frame number or setting motion blur sometimes help resolve this bug.

I'm closing this down and focusing on reproducible bugs (unless you can somehow reproduce it and send the scene)
