“When the summer house on the coast stopped making sense for the family for a number of reasons, the option of moving inland became perfect. The ease of being able to spend more time in the house, due to its proximity to the capital, was the big difference. The couple and their twin sons love having friends and family over, and they all play sports regularly. They chose the condominium after a few recommendations from friends and then arrived at Sala 03. With more than 800 sq², the project embraced all the architect's needs, while also taking advantage of all the virtues of its surroundings.” Text from the office.

I would just make the football field marking lines a bit thinner, they seem off scale now.

The well-fitted implementation in the topography of the land ensures that the house maintains the privacy of residents and guests, while keeping the social and leisure areas unobstructed for a view of the backyard." “Have you heard of Maraú in Bahia? The municipality originated from an indigenous village called 'Mayrahú,' which means 'Sunlight at Dawn.' The sunlight, the dawn, the environment – it's truly incredible, as is the amazing project we're currently developing. [...] 33 units of 312 m² each, featuring a pool, 4 suites, integrated living, kitchen, and gourmet spaces, 2 parking spots, and free access to all the leisure infrastructure within the complex. [...] The restaurant and spa, which are part of the complex, will be available for the homeowners and guests of the inn." Text from the office.

“[...] The house is immersed in a green strip, which is, in fact, the entire property. The pool, separated from the main structure, becomes an extension of the house. Its perimeter is defined by sharp lines, highlighting human intervention, while its interior is marked by parallel lines. The pergola acts as a link between the two opposite capsules, with columns converging towards the center of the pool, forming an almost rectangular area at its core. [...] In Porto Feliz, the Casa na Ybirá leaves behind any reference to the "machine for living" evoked by modernism and presents itself as a sensory machine, where nature, light, shadows, and the constant, infinite sound of the forest become the fundamental elements of the design." "The terrain is located in a totally exclusive context, for it’s access is necessary to cross a bridge over a generous lake, which, like an island, surround almost the entire terrain. The neighbors are located only in the back side, and the other ones shows a wide view allowing a great sense of isolation, bringing a unique privacy and amplifying the integration with nature. The plan has a well-defined sector, service areas are close to the garage connected to the kitchen, with a "hidden" connection to the other rooms. A large closed corridor articulates the programs, so the circulation flows have a certain order, bringing more comfort for all uses at different times, showing that the house is ready to meet any need of its residents." "A 22.000 m² terrain pratically on the banks of Jaguare's dam, with just over 10% of the total area available to implant the house and all the rest on a large slope of dense and exuberant forest. For the house project, wich will be for the summer, the young couples's request were basically: integration with nature, large openings for lighning and ventilation, always thinking about using the rooms, also for the dog, and maintaining a certain privacy. The name of the house is easily understood when looking at the spaces between all the trees on the lot." Text from the office.

"A house designed for a family, which for some reasons ended up to rethink the Project and even the location on terrain. Suddenly, without knowing, it ends up becoming everything another couple needs. When we showed them the project, it looked like it was made for them. With some particularities and small changes, we closed the Limoeiro House easily and quickly." Text from the office.

Hello everyone! This is Oceano Arquietura. We are an Architecture + Vizualization Studio!

Check out the last project that we were working for in the last few months. The architecture of ZULEIKA HOUSE born from a demand of no client for a future selling house. Without no first briefing, a selling house needs to attend a short budget but with a strong visual appeal and a huge design quality. What a such challenge!
