Is it possible to render only mask with shadowCatcher material? If not this may be feature request

You can use the "render only masks" option in Render Setup > Scene to render all masking elements without the shading-dependent elements, and this will work with shadowcatcher (since you need to render alpha channel - right?).
Let me know if you meant something else.

Hey Maru,
Yes that's what i want but for composing shadowcatcher is rendering as white object

Oh, sorry for my self-confidence.
In that case I think it is not possible to render the shadowcatcher alpha using the "render masks" option, as that option can only render elements which are not dependent on actual shading (lighting, gi, shadows, etc.).
I am not sure if this can be improved, but just in case, I will move it to the feature requests board.

yep, shading is necessary to render alpha in shadowcatcher. If you need to optimize render times, it should be possible to simplify the GI (use single bounce) for this, but at least 1 bounce must be always present
