Hi! I made a cartoon car, and I would like the two headlights to project a small brush of light; not in a fog, just the volumetric effect... Is there a way to do that?

Don't forget, you can still use C4D's built-in lights. Pick a spot light, enable Volumetric and adjust the settings to your liking. I believe Corona is set up to be as realistic as possible, so you can't have visible light beams for just your car in the real world. You would need the area to be foggy. You could use a cone object and apply a semi-transparent material, volume material of some kind to fake it.
