Сan't to install Corona a6 correctly

After 1st installation a6 (other versions weren't installed) 3d max 2014  dont run! appeared inscription "Send Report". All updates on my Win7 don't helps. After deleting of all Corona files 3d max runing normal, BUT I WANT TO USE CORONA RNDER!)))) People, HELP!
