Loading a sequence of VDBs into Corona Volume Cache is taking forever. Also Every max scene load with VolumeGrid included takes the same insane amount again.
Network render clients are canceling frames because of max start time timeouts. My sequences are about 400-600 frames.
What is that complicated that Corona VolumeGrid needs to do with the caches the first time at loading?
Could you please fast look for the available frames then load the needed cache file and render ????
Embergen is quicker with simulating and saving caches than corona is with it's first initialization. We have projects to finish.

Yeah wondered about this too. The built-in volume object from Arnold is much faster (and supports the new volume rendering in viewports in newer max versions, too...)
