Shadow catcher to project onto geometry

Hi

Struggling to find any tutorials/forum topics on how to use the shadow catcher to project onto an object. I have managed to apply the material as a backplate, "set to screen projection onto geo" but it does not look at the camera ( I know this is going to be super simple I'm just not seeing it tonight), and while I'm here where is the help file/s on the shadow catcher material or any corona material for that matter?...
