What is the best way to "grab" 3d model of a specific site terrain from Google Earth/Maps? What do you guys use?

I think it's not possible.
My trick is: a lot of screenshot  + Photoscan (^________^)

i believe you can do it via sketchup.  it imports the 3d terrain from google.

I believe there's a method to extract from google earth if you're using the pro version. Not sure.
