[Max] I need help! / glass membrane material

hey guys,
for a project i have to create a glass membrane material, similar to the ones artefactorylab produced for a pavillion building by bruther, ill try to post pictures or leave a link in the description.
my first attempt started with thel physical materials architectural glass preset build into the material editor. off that i started tweaking the glossiness value to around 0.08 and working with a falloff map in the refraction slot to recreate the fade in terms of opacity. i increased the volumetric scattering to around 50cm and am happy with the green shimmer, non the less im struggeling with the transition in terms of opacity. would be great to get a hint if im on the right path or should start from scratch and try a different approach.
