Alembic loader , i think it will be awesome if we can have this feature , because its possible to load a fluid mesh with velocity data, and then we can render our fluid with Motion Blur in corona.

It's somewhat disapponting to read all these responses. Guys like Ondra and the rest of the Corona team are extremely rare, and they chose to work (very hard) for you. They can do many amazing things for you in the future as well. Still somehow you turned from loyal supporters to pure hatred in a single day. Hate me all you like, however those guys have been nothing but good to you.

I've worked on V-Ray really hard for 15 years, long days and many nights including weekends, with very few vacations, and no sick leaves to get where I am today (no matter how much you despise my work). It's a tough road to walk. Is it so bad that those guys want a short cut? I think you will like the results. Corona will continue to serve you well.

you guys are who decided to use shortcut by destroy your competitor. this is a shortcut for chaos group , not corona team.

i think its really useless idea , if it can bake lights directly in ue4 it will be nice , but who want to render a realtime scene with vray ?! its really useless !

its good to add a texture option on corona sun for controling intensity of light , for example lets us to use a noise map as intensity for creating light variation on scene .

is this possible to use a noise map as light intensity in corona sun ? there is a textured toggle in color but after enable that nothing is happened , anyone know how it works ?

FumeFX 4 can export volume data to OpenVDB , only issue is corona doesnt support vdb .

hope they add this feature

but exported VDB does not have contain any shading details !! :]
shader for color ? you can build your own with a vdb object loader like something vray did, for shadow and lighting you will get much better result with vdb instead of rendering directly in fumefx with environment shaders , because you can have gi inside your smoke too .
