Hello,

I'm having problems with my bump map not appearing in my render, as you can see in the screenshots in appears correctly in the material preview but it does not show in render.

Things I've tried: Increasing bump amount to small - very large amounts, with and without UV Unwrap, with and without CoronaBumpConverter, tried with different procedural texture maps such as static, possibly more that I've forgotten about.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, any help is appreciated.

Thank you!

Try to adjust size parameter in stucco map, the bump is probably working, but it's either way too small, or too big to be observed.

Please check if your mesh has Real-World Map Size baked onto it, it should work without RWS.

That was it, thank you, I feel a bit silly now, I should have played with the size more.
It has to be a really small value, fractions of 1. Playing with the UV coordinates tiling also works.

This is a new thing for me, I'm not quite sure what this is.
If it's related to re-setting Xform, I did try that as part of my troubleshooting, maybe I baked real-world map size into the mesh doing this?
I did a quick google but the explanation went over my head, I'll have to look into this more, thank you.

Real-World mapping is just fancy UV scaling that helps to keep texture size consistent across your scene. It is definitely worth to learn about it, because in some situations it can become a real time saver, however in your specific example RW mapping wouldn't help, because stucco is 3D map and in its default state it doesn't care about UV mapping at all, your object may not have any UV coordinates and stucco map would still work. Such maps are rear exception, so it's definitely worth to learn about UV mapping to avoid issues in the future :]

Oh my goodness, I've been wondering about how to do this for a long time, what a coincidence I would learn about it asking this question!
This will be very useful going into the future. Thank you both for your help!
