Chaos Corona for 3ds Max > [Max] Bug Reporting

Max Crash on opening LUT related ?

Hi everyone

I am trying to open a scene from a colleague but as Max is about to be ready, I get a Corona Error message popup :

"Error loading LUT file 'PATH....'
blah blah
Error occurred while reading the file. Learn more

At this stage I cannot click anything and then Max just bombs out.

I am on Corona 9 hotfix 1 and Max 2022

Let me know how to resolve this if possible.

The best solution would be to provide LUT file in question to the support team, so they could test it and see if something can be done to improve how Corona handles that file. If the file can't be shared publicly, then go to Chaos support portal and open new ticket: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
