Hi all .
I offer my services in the field of 3D modeling of buildings (from photos, drawings, pdf, sketches and sometimes even from memories).
I model according to the drawings + all the elements (windows, doors, decorative elements, storm drains, territories) everything you need!
I break everything down by layers + break down by materials (all designations are in English)
I work with both Corona-Render and Vray.
There is a system of discounts for regular customers.
Payment by the hour or we negotiate the amount in advance.
I try to complete everything on time.

Hello, everybody!
I am presenting you my work for the portfolio. The idea of designing the interior was taken from the commercial deal that was fulfilled by me and my permanent customer James Stevens. My design “James” is a real restaurant in England.
I made some modifications in the room geometry and the design. The main target I set was to reflect the atmosphere of a real English restaurant. I hope I have succeeded in it.
I downloaded about 20 photos of really existing restaurants in England and they were taken as references for my future restaurant.
The process was rather long due to the lack of time and my permanent work.
Many objects in the model were taken from the ready-made 3D database; a lot of objects were modelled from starch + texture.
I have used the software 3ds max 2016/Corona Render 1.4/Photoshop.
