I'm trying to disable motion blur on selected objects which have changing topology over a certain timeframe so that you don't suddenlt see the motion blur appear. Is this possible or can Corona only turn motion blur on/off for the entire scene?

A far as I know this is not possible, but maybe someone can correct me on this. Alternatively you can try fix this by post, or render that segment of frames separately.

Problem is that I have particles using TYFLow in the full sequence. I would really like to add motionblur inside the 3d scene which gives better results than using motion vectors and add it in post, but since the particles doesn't support motionblur it becomes very problematic. I think because 3ds max doesn't support motion blur on changing topology there should be a way to disable it on certain objects within Corona. Especially since in a lot of cases you dont really need motionblur on every object anyway.

thanks for the suggestion btw.

Maybe using the velocity render element and adding motion blur in post can be used? I am not aware of any other method at this time.

THanks yeah, I just haven't managed to get as pretty motion blur with post as in render.
