In exclude/include light properties of Corona light include/exclude shadow casting and both properties not active at all/

I don't fully understand the question, sorry. Are you asking, "If an object is added to the exclude list of a Corona Light, will it a) still receive direct light from that light source and b) still cast shadows?" ?

Or, are you asking "If I open the Include/Exclude list, it seems that I can only use the Illumination setting, and not the Shadow Casting or Both settings"?

(as far as I know, you can only use the Illumination to disable direct lighting from that light source on an object, and disabling shadow casting has to be done at object level and affects all light sources).

Yep, I believe Shadowcasting is only per object, not by light (the same is true in C4D).

This option never was accesible, because Corona lights always cast shadows. AFAIK this dialog window was borrowed from max lights, where such fakes made sense, that's why those options are there.

Ninja'd by Tom... again.
