This is our special project. An old factory rebuilt into apartements. The smallest apartement starting on 41m2. The biggest lofts have incredible 750m2. Everything in raw concrete. You do not have to deal with parking, the lift takes you to your apartement with your car. Beautiful private spa is an essential.

The idea of underground pool always feels like a cool idea...Maybe cool to look at... But after a while I think it would get very depressing.
