CScatter regular pattern

Is there any way to make it scatter things regulary not random?

I usualy use Multiscatter for such things but in this scenario i need a corona scatter and i just could not figure out how to achive it.

I saw someone posted something about it a moth or two ago but i faild to find the thread wher was that tehnique reveald (
