Look I'm no composition master, but imho the sky takes up too much  space and completely takes away from an excellent render. From observation these type of compositions follows a vertical building setup like a skyscraper. In effect the details is so lovely on the house render I would zoom in more to a two thirds comp style and give much more emphasis on the architecture.
But again thumps on render!
