Hi,
I'm creating this thread so that bug reports for new DR don't get buried in unrelated discussions.

Here are the bugs and issues that have been reported so far (daily build 02-24):
  • Corona Proxy does not appear on slaves
  • Pass limit does not work correctly with DR
  • Render sometimes cannot be stopped
  • New DR does not work with Deadline
  • Assets are sent to slaves even if they are stored in shared network folder
  • Scrollbar in DR tab does not work

One issue from previous daily build I didn't manage to reproduce is that slaves sometimes don't render at all and send just black images.
Is this still happening in the latest daily build? Do slaves report any error?

slaves seem to be rendering correct number of passes but light mix spinners had no effect and then I tried to change trhe values a few times the whole thing crashed.

tried again, lighmix spinners work fine before DR kicks in, when the slaves start sending the spinners stop, then right at the final pass or near it max crashed again same place near the end of the rendering. First try 200 passes crashed near 200, second 150 passes lower res crashed near 150.

getting alot of these errors on scene that was rendering for the most part under 24/2
dr slave starts then ends max process

EDIT.
I'm not getting this on my test scenes just my project scenes.
Big difference is proxy trees and plants.
could be down to something odd, it worked til 28/2

DR is broken when using xrefs scenes (havent tried xref objects)

Have a scene with xrefs and it wont render
DR nodes never start rendering

merge the xref(s) and it does right away.

tried this multiple times with multiple scenes.
even does it of the xref has nothing in it.

that's why my test scenes work and not my projects.

Could you describe how you got the error? Does it happen every time or randomly?

I had the same error. Seems like the installer didn't quite replaced the DrServer properly. Restarting nodes and reinstalling corona DB worked.

1.After some test's with new Daily build from 2-28 in my animation project i found very specific problem with DR render and animated texture 3dmax .ifl exension file///

Goodbye for animated people from Marlin Studio in our architectural animations :))

2.After 1.5. hotfix release in all lasted Daily Build's don;t submit job to deadline 8 via 3dmax submitter script, except with other render's /Vray,Scanline, and etc./ always Okay/
Problem only with Corona///
The process stop's on "submitting all frames in One job"///

except that everything is working perfectly:))))

I am sure he can fix it no worries.
Are you still using those? I think they are as old as my career, 20 years? I never used them do they look good?

This not only about using people:))))
But all sequences textures in project's:))) /screens,videos and etc.
