Hi,
There are some issues with your payment on the website and I cant buy licences and its starting to get really urgent. My project is on hold because I cant proceed with the payment and it has gone 3 days now without any support. I have tried 5 different visa cards and paypal (company cards and private cards from Sweden).
My colleague contacted one of our banks and the response we got was that your supplier needs to update some terms of agreement due to EU direction.
Your sales on email doesnt reply so I thought it was better to try the forum to get some attention.

How can we sort this out?

I have a similar issue today Ive a client thats just contacted me out of the blue who wants some new renders and my licence has expired. Your site wont take a payment, it seems to crash after the first side popup appears
