Hello,
Could anyone help me... please
I have rendered my scene during 15 hours at 1600px but there is always a little bit of noise and I don't know how to get rid of it...
there is also small white dots on the edges that I dont know how to eliminate.(see attachment)
What setting should I change to get a perfectly clean result??

thanks for you help

diffuse level less then 0.8 (read about "albedo")
diffuse level for general metall and glass - 0.0
Portals in windows
Max Sample Intens. to default - 20
Also much noise from direct coronalights and IES-lighes

And don't use thin wall with daylights - u get a small white dots like on your picture

He meant that your walls should have thickness if you are using environment lighting outside. And it looks like this might be the cause of your noise. Are you using displacement?

i never used plane as my wall (if plane is what you mean about "thin" wall) but if the thickness isn't exposed, i never care about its thickness. yes maru, sometimes i used displacement with blend material for walls.
check the attachment.. the wall thickness isnt exposed, the thickness is measured about 30mm. is it necessary to change it to 100-150mm (walls real thickness)??

No.
30 mm is enough

ah 30mm is enough. yes, my wall never get noised.
so, what is the rule about wall thickness which mean safe to free noise produced? is there a minimum thickness?

You can test it yourself
But main rule is that walls must not have thickness only in one polygon
