Hello

I have a small issue regarding a project i'm working on currently. The scene is made up from about 15 corona proxy objects (houses) and some enviroment (not trees). The test render @3000x1000 pixels takes about 4-5 min to get to a decent quality but when i crank up to 6000x2000 (final res) it takes about on hour to get to the first pass...and it kind of stops there. Doese this change of resolution affect the render time by such a huge factor? Thx

Ps: Progressive render engine. Primary solver: Path Tracing Sec. solver: HD Cache

How's you ram? ;)

You can try changing "internal resolution" in VFB settings from 2 to 1.

Maru is right
I even would say not 'can' but must set it to 1 on big resolution.

And 16Gb maybe not enough for 6000x2000 if the scene has a big size in memory too
