Make new scene. Make Cub. Make material. Assign Material to object. Right click to material. Press Render Material - OBJECT disappears!))

Thank guys, great work! Is it possible to implement custom threads priority to interactive rendering in future? It would be more nimble for working and interactive rendering at the same time.

I think I know where is problem. Can you confirm object reappears once you do any modification of corresponding material (e. g. change color or double click material preview)?

Is there a way you could make a check box "Do not override" in the material properties? This way if someone is using sky object + material with HDR applied it wouldn't get overwritten.

changing the colour makes the object come back, or checking the reflect box, etc.

I've found the interactive render quite prone to crashing C4D. Would you recommend starting older scenes again from scratch with A4?

Does "material override" work at all? I'm trying to figure out why I'm getting a black render.

Oh I've missed a exclude/include input below the "override material" check box. This solves the issue with skye + HDRI.
And it's working fine now!

Thanks guys, great job!

cheers

What's with the bump channel? I must now set values above 1000%, where 10% were still needed in the A3. I am surprised that has not been written about. Or is that just me?

Otherwise, I'd say thanks for your great work :o)
