i got this problem when have some lights in near to each other , is there any solution for solving this problem ?

That's not from those light sources i think, that's GI picking up that hot spot those lights create on the floor.

no, its not for gi , look at this one , there is no floor or any other object , just lights and wall

problem is in samples , after 300 pass (only direct light) there is a lot of noise .

This is because you use IES profiles. We are just now fixing it. Can you send us the scene so we can test it?

there is no IES in the second test but i have directional lights inside that , anyway scenes uploaded you can check them (1413061035_LightSampling.rar)
