* Added prototype of Scene converter with explicit/implicit conversion of Standard, Advanced, Displacement, 2 Sided V-Ray materials; Physical Sun + Sky, Area, Spot, Omni V-Ray lights and AdvBitmap,
PowerShaders V-Ray shaders. Some of the scenes can have quite a different lighting after conversion because some of the materials that should be transparent are still opaque. Implicit conversion of Cinema 4D materials and lights is the same as before and explicit conversion is not implemented yet. Conversion is still partial and will be continuously improved according to user feedback.
* Corona Output shader split to Corona Color Correct and Corona Tonemap Control shaders
* Implemented help dialog for "Show Help..." context button (it only links to the main page of helpdesk now, but we will gradually add links to specific articles for the individual UI elements)
* Fixed random crashes on macOS during rendering (hopefully most of them but some of them can still persist and will be fixed if we are able to reproduce them)
* Fixed IES lights not updating rotation frame of the IES profile in IR
* Fixed nonworking render instances in previous daily build
