hi, I did not know that command .... very useful.

Thank you for explaining the ahahahah trick.

again congratulations for the job.

No problem :) As real life details are something we constantly try to recreate in our images to make them believable for the human eyes; combining photography with 3D is something that can help a lot with this if done correctly. Of course there are some limitations in this workflow but still it is something nice to use from time-to-time.

Really nice work, very convincing.

Thanks a lot!

Hello
amazing ... I do not know what technique you used to reproduce the same elements .... maybe you created them from scratch and if so, you were very good. This work is what makes me love rendering before and after.
thank you

Look closer :- )

hehe, nice ;)

Shadowcatcher is not only useful when one is importing a purchased car model in a scene and lighting it up with an HDRi to produce some rendering for his portfolio :D

It is super fun actually to polish together some 3D elements with a photo. Of course it can cause issues when we get super crappy mobile-phone photos from clients, but if we can give a proper briefing, than it can be a cool process :) Also the mask getting created while using shadow catcher for composition sometimes is not perfect and we need some tricks and workarounds, but with some extra masking things can be fixed.

Let's have some fun with "renovation" ;) This is a project that we had to finish quite quickly and as the spaces were quite specific and we haven't had the time or the plans/measurements to rebuild the surroundings in 3D, we used a different approach.

Project: Villa W12
Location: Berlin, Grunewald
Client: WITTE Projektmanagement
Interior design: Angela Rix - Interior & Home
Type: Office

Thanks a lot for the nice feedback!

When this project was done we were mainly using hdris from CG Source. I think the first set of images and the last one were made with one of their overcast ones (we tend to add sometimes a soft corona sun on top to have some controll over shadow directions), in the middle set we used a bluehour one from them as well. Nowadays we only use our inhouse lighting system with self-shot hdris (some fun stuff can be read here: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=16661.0 )

Nice renders. I specially like 1st and last image. Cheers.

Thanks a lot for the nice comment! Yeah, this project was a bit over the edge with experimenting all different kind of compositions and moods. But fun to work on for sure!
We have also prepared some interior shots for the project, will post those in a bit as well! :)

We would like to share some exterior images made for a bigger residential development in the outskirts of Oslo, Norway. In the past we were requested to deliver almost only sunny images for the projects we created for our client, but after working together on a couple projects we managed to convince them that sometimes images with a nice mood can sell an idea just as well (if not better ;) ).

Nice images, great execution. I like the fact that all of them are so distinct yet still powerful and atmospheric in their own way. Good job!

Yes, it was a nice collaboration with our client. The main idea was to try to represent the different extremes of the location (from the storm to the bright sunny mood) and show how the architecture can still work together nicely with the environment.

Nice project!

Thanks a lot!
