Box license for C4D?

Would be great to have a possibility to purchase a box version of corona for C4D.
I can't afford monthly 25euro but I could pay 500euro at once.
I know how strange it sounds but that's my 'I hate subscriptions' world.
I am also wondering what other guys here thinks about it.
