It seems ies files are not included when saving project with assets for Team Render.  Would it be possible for them to be included in the Tex folder along with other textures?

Usually, when you creating IES light, C4D automatic save .IES file into tex folder. Everything that is needed if C4D does not save automatic, just copy your IES light from the main folder to tex folder in a project before rendering.
