Those rendertimes are not normal. I am sure that the settigs are not ideal. Normaly it shouldnt last more than 2 hours.
The rendering is very good. Probably the cutting of the image would be better, to centre tha architecture.

Maybe you decrease the pass or the time limits. Try to render with max 1.5 hours an check the result. Maybe you set the denois a bit higher. Testing.
I am using Corona for C4D, but It should be nearly the same
