The best solution for maximum overclocking and with 64 GB of RAM is Asus RAMPAGE IV Black Edition
Also Asus RAMPAGE IV GENE or Formula with only 32 Gb of RAM

Asus P9X79 is not very stable variant for good overclocking. I have the same m/b

4790 is higher clocker 4770, regular Haswell (1150).

Your choice is between Asus (or Gigabyte, but why would your right ;- ) ?) Z97 (Pro) or Hero Maximus (waste of money).

Or you can wait for September, and buy 5820k (LGA 2011-3 /X99 chipset) in similar price range (bit higher 300 euros, but 6core@3.3Ghz baseclock).
