Being far away from the landscapes of a city, Arab Al-Sanae finds itself amongst the rural parts of Egypt.

Most of the village’s residents rely on agricultural jobs to get themselves and their families by on a daily basis.

Minimalism is one of the most popular styles in 3D architectural design.

And that makes sense, especially in the case of the winter landscape. But there is a paradox – this style eliminates and, at the same time, increases the risk of technical errors. The risk of error is reduced due to fewer details, which is quite logical. If you don’t have to add extra objects, then there is less work to be done. But it is not quite so.

Although the number of objects is limited, they require much more accuracy because they will have full client’s attention. Therefore, if you see a great 3D rendering in a minimalistic style, rest assured that it is a work of a professional 3D artist who spent quite a while on that piece.

Collaboration with design studios is more than creating unique 3D visualizations.

it is about expanding and strengthening professional expertise by exchanging work experience. It is about thoughtful listening and creative vision🙌🏻

This project was done in collaboration with a remarkable studio, Zaxdesign, which specializes in interior design.

Although, after this project, we realized that it is not just work for them, it is a calling. And we knew it meant high expectations.

They needed an exterior design to match their level, and we are thankful for the trust.

We are looking forward to more projects with them and new accomplishments those might bring us.

When closing a deal, construction companies are interested in profit, while buyers’ thoughts are mainly about their prospective property.

One of the most attractive places nowadays to own real estate is Miami. This country doesn’t even need advertising; they already have everything one might desire: beautiful beaches, delicious fruits, perfect climate, etc. For agencies, it is an excellent opportunity to help clients find their private paradise.

Using visualization services, real estate agencies would be able to provide their clients with the right choice of project, adjust it, and apply various designs. As a result, clients would get a fulfilled dream, and an agency will get a successful sale.

Last time visiting Canada, our 3D artists were so impressed by its untamed wilderness that they decided to recreate its atmosphere in a separate project.

This country house contains two main elements: the beauty of the western wilderness and eco-friendly practicality. We chose solid wood as a primary material for the ceiling, floor, and furniture, while the fireplace made with rough stone serves as a central emphasis of the space. Large windows provide a lot of natural light, which is especially vital in that latitude.

The house retains the spirit of the Rocky Mountains and represents modern luxury interior design.
