- Chaos Phoenix - Fixed getting diffuse color from Foam node for newer Phoenix versions (Phoenix 5 nightlies)
- Fixed failing installation of Scatter for earliest 3ds Max version when upgrading from Corona 8 to Corona 9.

New- Corona now correctly resolves in which volume the camera lies. The camera can also be given a non-zero physical size, in which case the camera might lie only partially in one volume (e.g. camera half-submerged in water)
- Clouds lighting now depends on the sun color intensity and direct input color settings (if selected in the sun properties)
- Decal Fit to Bitmap's aspect ratio function now takes into account also cropping present in bitmap (both Corona’s and 3dsMax’s bitmap)
- Added warning to LightMixSetup dialog, when some Light select element contains invalid filename character + replace those characters with '_'
- Added option to automatically create lightmix elements by 3dsmax layers
- Added tonemap control viewport shader (as no-op)
- Added ColorCorrectMap display in high quality viewport
- Added button to batch load maps in the multiple environments dialog. It works similarly to the one in Multimap

Optimisations- Improved performance when rendering with masks
- In cases where the user includes just a small object and the rest of the scene is not rendered we get up to 600% speedup. In non extreme cases it leads to around a 10% speedup

- Image copied from Corona VFB now has 72 pixels/inch resolution when opened in Photoshop
- Improved AcesOtOperator unmapping in case alpha is 1.0 - Fixes issue that CoronaTonemapControl did not negate the effects of the AcesOT operator.

- Added a button expanding action menu to lister.
- This allows one to e.g. delete light, set camera as current view, render from camera, etc.

Listers
- Spinbox behavior unified with the spinboxes in 3ds Max (adaptive step size + ability to increase/decrease the scrolling speed with Ctrl/Alt).
- "Delete all" option creates a single undo event instead of one per each deleted instance.
- Added right-click menu that shows the same actions as the actions button.
- Fixed Ctrl+Z undo after deleting the listed item using the action menu.
- Checkboxes are now centred, combobox can be scrolled even when closed.
- Updated Lister Toolbar icon.
Bugfixes
- Fixed multiple issues with CoronaLight viewport drawing in several 3ds Max versions. (Poor performance, crashes, target line not being drawn with legacy driver)
- Fixed issue where message box informing about reset of tonemapping settings in render settings was not modal.
- Fixed issue where Clouds and Contrails offset values did not have all the animation options in 3ds Max compared to other parameters.
- Modified how color spread is computed in CoronaAO map to avoid different results when changing sample count. Sample count was also renamed (and remapped) to quality.
- Fixed infinite IR restart loop when editing curves in CoronaColorCorrect.
- Fixed issue where Corona Standalone was missing ScatterCore_Release.dll dependency after installation.
- Fixed issue where broken normals from Corona Proxy file were not always corrected.
- Fixed a potential issue where 3ds Max could freeze while caching material editor previews and when updating the loading progress bar
Chaos Scatter
- Fixed possible popping of instances when rendering animation in V-Ray while using collision avoidance. V-Ray 6 nightly 32011 or later is required.

- Fixed issue where Decal was still affecting the base material (by changing its UVW coordinates) after all checkboxes in "Affect Base" rollout were disabled.
- Fixed crash with TyFlow when using Mapping operator with Map channel other than 1.
- Shadows from clouds no longer move with the camera.
- Fixed issue where maps with Output rollout with Output amount lower than 1 were incorrectly exported to standalone.
- Decal - Channels that are not affected by the decal now use the original (base) UVW mapping.

Scatter

- Improved warning messages when using physical camera exposure control.
Listers
- Added undo support.

- Category title bar now stands out more.
- Fixed issue where lister was showing right-click menu also after right click on a parameter editor.
Bugfixes
- Fixed issue where CIE did not ask to save changes on exit after changing tone mapping settings.
- Fixed issue where CIE "Reset" button reset tone mapping to default instead of the settings stored in the loaded .CXR.
- Fixed viewport display of CoronaBitmap with Mirror tiling option.
- Fixed issue where some translucent Cosmos assets did not have translucent material when imported.
- Fixed issue where displacement could be sometimes applied on a geometry when exporting it into a proxy file.
- Fixed not showing Corona logo in several error message boxes.
Scatter
- Fixed crash when plugging normal bump or falloff map into the edge trimming map while running IR.

- Updated Chaos Cosmos service binary shipped with the installer to the latest available version.
- Denoising error no longer appears when switching to Corona HQ Denoising during rendering, previously selected denoiser is used instead.
Listers
- Lister - fixed rare crash when deleting objects from tab that is not visible.
Bugfixes
- Fixed issue where having different Roughness mode or IOR mode in decal material and base object material resulted in wrong roughness/IOR when using just some decal channels.
- Fixed issue where having displaced base object with at least two different decals would lead to having no displacement for a decal which does not replace displacement.
- Fixed issue where Corona Tonemapcontrol was not working on Dr Slave.
- Fixed issue where CoronaColorCorrect could crash when editing curves.
- Fixed issue where using "Make unique" on light instances would lead to crash.
