You seem to try to use an old installation file. If you install Corona V3 from scratch, there should be only one executable in this path: "RemoveCoronaForMax.exe", all others are old ones.

The newly installed (from V3) should be in the subdirectory "Image Editor". I would run RemoveCoronaForMax.exe, then delete the entire "Program Files\Corona" directory and reinstall V3.

if inside is too dark maybe the lighting set up is wrong. There is non enoguh light.
Look at some images that you like a try to understand:
which is the principal light?
which are the secondary lighs?
are there lights used just to fill somo black spot?
