Why do I get pure white speckles when motion blur is applied to chrome/reflective finishes?

It's because that's how motion blur works IRL.

Hmmm you are probably right, but some pixel artifacts register at 255, 255, 255. Looks like an error.

It's cause because sun reflection + motion blur. Try to disable sun reflection. But, obviously, you will lose some nice highlights.

You can also just lower GI/AA balance to half, and double the amount of passes.
