any suggestions for a Home server of 12-16TB  (cloud storage) that is easy to manage and almost straightforward to set up?
My budget would be ~ $800

[Max] I need help! / Lag after rendering

Hi Folks,
I am not sure if it's just me, but Max2021 started behaving strangely with the last few DBs.

After rendering, I can hear my fans ramping up even more, and the whole PC gets very slow and lags for 5 seconds, then it's on, and this cycle repeats itself for up to 1 min or maybe 2mins.

It's not the denoiser as on my secondary workstation, I have the same video card and CPU, and there's no such lag after renders. The main difference is on my secondary workstation, and I'm still with Corona 6.
Anyone with similar issues?

Guys, is it possible to have Corona as portable version? I've found that often I have to move around in different client offices where it would be straightforward for me to plug my USB drive and to open max + corona and show them something with IR?

Hardware / SSHD or HDD

I'm looking to change one of my Storage drives. Currently, I have on my workstation few 2TB HDD's Seagate + few SSD's 512 Gb Samsung. But one of the HHDs is causing strange problems, so I have to change it.
What do you think on these -SSHD Seagate FireCuda™ 2TB, 8GB NAND, 7200 rpm, 64MB cache, SATA III or WD Black 2TB, 7200 об/мин, 64MB, SATA3 (Performance Edition)
Which one is more reliable.
I know SSHD would be faster but is it secure?

[Max] Resolved Bugs / Corona light selecting problem

I found a problem working on a small scene with few rectangle lights. Corona ver. 1.3 official relese.
The problem occour when you create the light/modified it and after that the light disappear. I found short solution as selectin the light trough Select by name option.
I uploaded a gif file with the problem.

Gallery / First commersial project with corona

Hello guys,
this is my first attempt to finish commercial project with corona v1.
I've worked on this 5 hours + render 6 hours on 1 pc. Somehow dof are bit messy and some materials (bed for example), but i'm satisfied with the lighting.
Don't judge me too hard i am still beginner with corona )))

[Max] I need help! / Slow render and lots of noise

Hello guys and from me.
I'm new in corona world, but for now i love it.
I'm doing a test scene and it's a big struggle to get decent noise free image for decent render time.
The image below (2 version - raw and after Ps) are fact of 12h render on 3k res. and still has lot's of noise. Light rays here are below 800k which is too less.
I try to rid noise at PS but there are not much that do.
Any suggestions?

PS: my workstation is Xeon 1225v2 @3.20Ghz, 32 Gb ram, SSD, Gtx580 3Gb.
PPS: I've tried to tweak MSI, Sampling balance and all according to HELP info. here. I'm thinking the problem could be in frosted glass, because when i hide it Light rays go higher around 1,6 mil. rays and after 2 passes drop again to 1,1 and so on... (((
