Hi Piotrus, im looking at those profiles, one simple question, if I want to save a render in Jpg format, wich display and view transformation should i use to be able to see it as in the corona viewport ?
I have tried a lot but cant get an image that looks like VFB, if i export an exr i can view them in davinci using the correct transformations.

Was it Runway ?
You had to few shoots, its all from the same stills, if AI makes it soo simple i suggest you put a little more to it..

The AI you used transformed the fireplace bench on a couch, look top left of the object.

Thx Pokoy !
When i read this part "objects have been modeled in different local axes" it clicked my mind, i was trying to solve it reconstructing the meshes with boxes, planes,etc.. with various results because of this!
I can now rest in peace :)
+1 for the reference node and this knowledge

Yeyyy... Dont think THAT specific set of tools will benefit the artist among us, will surely entice a lot of architects to drop the rendering services, but some big corporation MUST have it all in this society...
YES I we use AI in the office to ENHANCE our renderings.

Hardware / Re: old threadrippers and win11 upgrade?
« on: 2025-02-17, 14:33:36 »
You can run Win 11 bypassing the tpm requirements  https://www.makeuseof.com/rufus-bypass-tpm-secure-boot-requirements-windows-11/
You can buy a tpm module for 10 euros if you want to keep it.
IT departments are a bad joke most of the times.
If the office doesnt know what to do with too much cash on hand it could raise salarys, buy new hardware, hire better IT or just pocket it ;)

I'm totally on this one, maybe 3 years ago i had a brick facade where bricks had a specific direction on each part of the facade, it was totally impossible for corona to make a good displacement, the same maps with arnold render made a perfect wall, the response at that time was like mehh, not that important for the users for us to care...
We have a current project with another brick facade where sometimes we get artifacts, sometimes we don't, its just a flip of a coin (same cameras, same geometry's )

To  view EXR files i use DJview, also to view any kind of image sequence, its an awesome tool, performance is great also, much faster to open BIG exr`s than photoshop

I really wonder why it has taken that long to support corona on their own render farm..

Thank you all for the answers !
Currently i have an Artist role, technical director, and IT guy at the office, so i just don't want to deal with production problems ;)

We also update max every two years to a version prior to the latest one to ensure a smooth operation, nowadays its very rare to find a super awesome feature that makes us upgrade right away..
