Looks very nice. I like the feeling that tall ceiling gives...  that must be one hell of an expensive apartment ;)

Only thing i would improve (or avoid next time) is too rough floor... It looks way too rough ;) Maybe less bump, or less contrasty glossiness map, or combination of both ;)

Very nice and some interesting camera angles.  "I" personally hate that ceiling lampn but thats just me, everybody is entitled to like what he/she wants.

Looks pleasing to the eye, although contrast might be a bit too much in places. What Rawalanche said about the floor roughness, also the floor herringbone pattern looks too small scale-wise? might just be me :)

usually i do not use noise reducers, but processed in Photoshop

Yes,i  use hdri always.

is that the exactly same map in overrides? Why?
Rendering is magic.How to get minidumps for crashed/frozen 3ds Max | Sorry for short replies, brief responses = more time to develop Corona ;)
