Chaos Corona for Cinema 4D > [C4D] Bug Reporting

URGENT - No licenses available

Hello,

I have a problem with Corona render on Cinema 4D. Though I have an annual plan, I can't use it because it says that I have no license.

I found this on your website:
"3. Open your web browser, go to http://localhost:30304, make sure you are signed in with the correct Chaos account that is holding the active license. 

If http://localhost:30304 is unreachable or you cannot sign in, please follow the steps described in this article."

When I open the localhost page, I get the message ‘No licenses available.’ I think the problem is that I might not be signed in with the correct Chaos account. However, when I visit the page, I don’t see any sign-in or sign-out button. What am I supposed to do? I can see my annual plan when I’m logged in on the Chaos website, but not on localhost.
I already uninstall and reinstall C4D and Chaos. I have the lastest versions with both.

For any licensing or payment-related issues, please always submit a new support ticket at https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
You should be able to sign out or in by clicking on "online licensing".

The issue is solved, thanks.
Maybe you should update the docs though, because the instructions I've been sent (deleting the ssl folder inside VRLService) were different from the ones I found on the official documentation.
