Title: Team render crash
Post by: malindis on 2023-02-28, 11:19:55
Hello,

I urgently need help to render big images

I'm on Mac running Ventura with Cinema 4D 2023 and corona 9 hotfix1...

When I try to render my images with team render I get a Cinema 4d crash at the end of the rendering during post-processing... I try with a all new simple scene with just a sky, sun and some trees and I get the same crash...

I cannot use Team Render

Please help

Hi there, how big are we talking? Perhaps this may help?

No it's not that big... I usually render Archive image in a A3/300dpi format...
If I only use my workstation it would take me the night to render a single image... that's why I use team render with 3 other systems to render the same image in about 3h...

But for the moment I'm not able to use team render and I don't know why... I'm pretty sure the I installed c4d 2023 and corona 9 that I made some team render tests... and it worked...
I thought maybe something in my scene caused the problem, that's why I created a simple scene (all new file) to test but it crashes also...

Does it also crash if you use a different renderer or non-Corona related products?

Oh I haven't tried that... I'll have a try with the native renderer... and let you know...

I tried with the native renderer in C4D and it worked perfectly...

When Using corona it renders fine it's just at the end during the post-processing that I get the crash...
