Hi (ahoy!)
As stated above-cant make it run:
1.As standalone I get:
when !run sample.bat ---> Corona stopped working...-> crash (same in Blender)
when !run sample mtl preview.bat --> The system cannot find the file specified.

Btw. I have installed supplied vcredist_x64....

I use Windows Home Premium (up to date) x64, 8GB RAM, Gigabyte GTX 650Ti BOOST w/latest driver 332.21, (Lates build of x64 Blender from Graphicall)

Any ideas?

what CPU model do you have? I dont see it listed in your previous posts

oh, that is probably the rpoblem, are you using the legacy version?

I afaik did not make standalone legacy build yet, you will have to wait for it
