I'm new to CORONA, does anyone knows if this effect (material) is possible to be made in Corona? I guess something with Hologram Shader?

It's not a hologram. This effect is called iridescence. This can be easily done in 3ds Max - here is a guide: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php/topic,14552.msg92874.html#msg92874

Thank you!

Do you also know if this type of shader can be reproduced in corona?

I'm not sure how the rainbow looking sparkle would be made.

Here is a very quick attempt that probably needs refining. The most accurate way would be adding a normal map representing the flakes, as in the carpaint tutorial here:

Hey. I did a "sort" of hologram shader in Corona some time ago...

You can see the results here :

Basically i´t s ramp map based on light or camera angly with some gradients of colors on it, and it´s piped to the reflection color masked by a fresnel (if i am not wrong...)
