Just quick look:

There are no portals in windows, camera is behind glass window, no camera is assigned in forest pack carpet (waste of polygons which are not visible), new light solver should be enabled in render settings if you are using not some but plenty of lights :) .

EDIT1: also backplates with corona light material outside did not help you in terms of reality and speed. Corona sun angle is useless in your example.

You can choice any HDD/SSD drive for virtual RAM in windows settings. It is not corona related. Just set one swap file on SSD with fixed size (e.g. 16384MB) and second swap file on HDD.
I have 16GB ram and 2x 16GB swap files on two SSD. It works great until my RAM is full and in swap files I have no more than 8GB. Render start a little slower, but after few passes corona make some magic and speed is at full 100%.
Troubles start when I render some scene which put more than 8GB into swap files :))) ...then rendering is slow and there is a lot of reading and writing data on SSDs 300-500MB/s.

Do you have also max 2019.1.1 update ? AFAIK it was tiny update for viewport performance which was very bad in 2019.1

Actually for first animation it looks really good. Even mix of movie footage with visualizations. I like the camera and overall video editing.
There are some flashing moments on some objects, but nothing terrible :) .What is worse is architectural concept of whole complex...steep garage entrance, weird garden design in the middle of complex, ...but that was not your business :) ( I hope )

Maybe for the future projects...better car animations (timing(0:17 entrance cylinder bariers), speed of some cars), slightly more transparent water stream in fountain, remove road cracks (they look realistic, but are unwanted near new complex of buildings :)  )

Try to remove xrefs and you will see if it will be different

Testes also daily builds 16.aug., but same result. Increasing direct light samples did not help, corona denoising doesnt help at all.

I tried also replace all corona lights to photometric lights, then there is no noise around lights switched off in light mix, BUT whole render is 100x slower :\...so how to make several night renders(light variations ON/OFF) from just one render using lightmix?

did not test on corona 2.0, but message unloaded from ram is normal, because when you are exporting one or plenty of objects to proxy you dont want to keep meshes in memory, because after a while you RAM would be full. Also no problem with rendering, I tested corona exporter script and corona proxy object with pick from scene function.

What changes are you doing? 20s one core utilization is too much. It should be under 1s drop.
Do you see some changes in render during 20 seconds? If not, then some of your objects have rich modifier stack, or your are using some plugin wich is working with mesh and is rebuilding it, or other staffs which can only utilize one thread in viewport and during IR preparation phase.

Hi,

I was reading somewhere on this forum/freshdesk, that some noise can ocure if I switch some light off in lightmix...or that lights are stealing samples....
Examples in attachment.

Q1: why I got better result on light switched off in interactive rendering than in normal production rendering? I switched force path tracing off so it should be the same settings as production render with HD cache...

Q2: is there some workaround how to use lightmix when I want to make several night renders with light variations ON/OFF without noise? Or lightmix has some limitation and I can only change intensity and color, but set light off is not recommended?

After render finish, GPU is still denoising during VFB panning and zooming actions.
