Hi

4K crush seems to darken the image compare to UHD.

I was told that 4K was the recommended setting but it is not the default one (apparently. it can lead to some visual anomalies).

Any suggestions?

It should only affect how the light is bouncing around, and if it gets darker, this likely means the darker is more accurate. Might be useful if you post examples though so we can see what you mean, in case there is any problem there :)

It's safe (and better) to use the 4K unless you happen to get square artifacts, which only show up in very rare niche cases (so, try it and use it, unless you find it gives you problems which is unlikely).

Hi sorry to add on to this thread, with regards to the 4K is there any documentation or information with regards to the settings applied and if there are any real benefits for tweaking the settings for either the Granularity or Quality?
