Wooh ! I'd love one but it will probably cost more than couple of high spec PC's.

It sure will be interesting to see Corona running on it.

Corona surely won't benefit at all with this card :) since it is not a GPU based render engine (at least for now). AMD Fire Render on the other hand... :)

Well derr, of course I am talking AMD fire, since its and AMD card. :) So one day, not now, but it will be useful.
Pity these cards don't run cuda.

It may have 32GB, but it's still not CUDA compatible, and since CUDA is a lot more capable than openCL, then use of this Radeon for GPU rendering will be very limited. Hopefully it will at least push nVidia to release their 32GB GPU :)
