Title: [solved] -197: There are no available licenses of this type
Post by: theXbucket on 2023-03-19, 18:03:53: Hi, I got this problem the first time. C4d 2023 - m2 MacBook Pro with Ventura. these are the things why I hate subscriptions... need to finish a job for a client and now this. Does anybody have a solution? best, jens

Post by: TomG on 2023-03-20, 01:01:45: Just to be sure, you did already send in a ticket to https://support.chaos.com/requests/new ? Always do that first, before posting on the forum, as that will be the main source of help for licensing and installation issues, and when you don't want to delay getting a response, getting that ticket in first is key.

Post by: theXbucket on 2023-03-20, 22:16:53: thank you for your replys. Now it's working again; it seems something went wrong in the system and didn't recognized that my payments went the normal way. It was assumed I canceled my contract which I didn't. Good it works again but hopefully this won't happen in the future again, as it can be job endangering if you can't hold your deadlines. At least for this time the client calmed down in the end.
