Work for soul.

Look at fullres pictures in attachment for more detailed images.

Most of modelling done with help of 3 people from our company. Shading and rendering was done by me only in time between work projects. But time has no matter for this.

Wow, this is amazing. Did you make all of it yourself? Models? Textures? May we know how much time it took? :d

It takes 1 week to model most of this stuff with help of 3 my colleagues. Some models was taken from online library "like new" and weared out for this scene. Some models was made from zero. After that it was 1-1.5 week of occasional returning to this scene in between work projects to setup shaders, lights and mood.

Crazy.

One thing: if this is an old christmas tree, then its needles should be yellow/brown. Or maybe it's just revived by the power of christmas. ;)

Very impressive!

As mentioned..  needle and candles would look very different if the entire concept was old and left, but it doesn't matter! The attention to detail is super sexy!

Needles and candles is not so old just because it's not old. As You may thought there is someone needed to light these candles a minutes from now. But there is coutless amount of things wanted to do with these pictures of course.
Thanks to all for good words.

Corona renderer of course for rendering. MultiScatter for needles and trash on a floor. GrowFX for trees. Ceiling and all fabrics was made inside 3ds max with MassFX. No Floor Generator as some may think was used for floor. That's all, I think...

Great rendering. I love all the details you put in it.

IMO with all that realism something important is missing........Dust.
Where is the dust in this old room. Even if someone had cleaned it.
No dust in air. No dust on the floor with also with that crack paint ceiling there no debris . No dust on all those books, the table, the piano etc.
Those books are too perfect.
The wallpaper seems too heavy for staying suppend like that. And for detaching himself from the wall there must be humidity spots.

It's just for criticic in that flow of compliments : )

just one question, for what???
what is any commercial or artistic value of
this work???
show a huge amount of polygons
 possible to render with Corona???
or what large number of models can be done
for considerable time???
