"Open" button in VFB to be able to open an existing CXR

What I want to do is, after the vfb was cleared for whatever reason, I want to be able to use the region tool knowing what I'm "regionining", and on an already rendered image and not on a black or extremely noisy background.
It's not fun to wait for parsing, or a frozen UI.

Thanks, this is reported, but please keep in mind that we have a lot of feature requests.

Also, if you wish to load an image into the VFB, then select a region, and then re-render some part of the image, then you will need to wait for parsing anyway. But we do understand the request nonetheless.
