Hi guys! I finally finished my “Virtual Dream Bike Build”, well, I’m planning to make even more images, but in the meanwhile I’m posting the first set.

Maybe most of you already followed the work in progress of this project, otherwise you can read it here: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=28568.0

This is a project I really care about, I always wanted to translate my passion for bikes into the 3d world, so I used my free time to model my gravel bike in all its details.
When the model was done, I created different virtual sets, to make a photo shooting of the bike.
The garden set is inspired by my own garden, most of the plants are custom made with GrowFX, using scanned leaves that I collected directly from the outside of my home.
For the ground cover I mixed some megascans leaves with other custom made clovers and small plants.

It was nice to explore new techniques for my workflow, for example the use of Substance Painter to add the decals and the weldings on the frame.

Here you can see two short animations to introduce the project: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPIbwe7UIzH-8avbbpLx2CuzTE9CWeIZ0

Incredible work. Those Brooks leather saddles are nice.

My on criticism would be the floor texture in the first shot is a bit distracting.

Excellent. Well done. I had been following closely your progress in the other thread... thrilled to see the final results here today.

Again, well done :)

A true masterpiece, down to every detail :) the outdoor shoots are obviously amazing but I must also say - all the other concept shots are just good, if not better! Bravo

Thanks guys! I really appreciate your comments.
This encourages me to produce other images. I'm thinking about an "after ride" dirty version of the bike.

dirty version of the bike.

In fact I have been about "requesting" exactly this for quite a time :)

Good Luck

Never underestimate the power of a well placed level one spell.

In the meanwhile, here a quick test. But I want to make a really muddy bike :)
