Hi,
"No licenses available"
i don't know how solve.
Hi there, is your customer zone email i*******z.a**m@gmail.com? If so, I do not see any active licenses linked to that email. It shows it expired on the 10/02/2022. If you're using another, can you share it with us or please feel free to contact us at support so we can assist you further. If this is the correct customer zone email, purchasing a new license should resolve this.

I hope that helps.

When I saw that the license server would be changed in Trello, I grabbed my head. I immediately thought, now there will be brakes with him... Life experience ...
Everything works fine on my computer, but on the second computer, when activating the license and launching the render, the system hangs for ten seconds, communicates with the server, then hangs for the same long time when you press cancel. I had to install the previous assembly, it is not possible to work.

Hi, we are not familiar with such issue so far, and since everything works fine on your other computer, I think it has to be something system-specific. Can you explain what are the differences between the computer where it is working fine and the one where it is not? Is the hardware different? Is the network configuration different? Are the computers physically located in the same place?
Could it be some antivirus/firewall?

What I found to be very annoying is the following:

We have DrServer installed on all nodes by default running as service - in case they are needed, sitting idle. Render licenses are less than the amount of nodes. Because of the fact that DrServer spawns Max, loads the stub scene and "starts" a dummy render, every IDLE Dr node blocks one render license. As a consequence all other Dr nodes (also idle) which could not obtain a license, permanently throw errors and close/respawn Max. And of course the licenses are not available for rendering on the workstations as well.

To me it appears to be a major regression in flexibility all in all. And no, starting any service/server manually is not an option. And I do not want to use any additional "managers" to spawn the dr server itself just because of being forced to change the license server technology. With the exception of this issue, everything works flawlessly, I hope there is a simple solution.

Good Luck

Hi,

That sounds like some unfortunate behaviour. I'll log this and see if we can fix it :)

Hi,

For some reason it looks like the activate license button has been clipped by 3ds max. What resolution and scaling settings do you have?

Secondly to fix the issue you can go to the following address: http://127.0.0.1:30304/#/ and sign in to the licensing server. Then restart max and all should be fine.

Thanks,

Rowan
